SGCH Silver Bell is an impressive doe we are thrilled to have had in our herd! She started as a kid who earned her dry leg, and was in the champion lineup almost every class as a yearling, even being named Reserve Senior Champion once. She is followed closely in the footsteps of her maternal sister, SGCH Song, who also matured beautifully! She developed what seems to be a trademark, wide rump and rear leg set, mixed with great general appearance and a high, wide escutcheon area, making plenty of room for a well attached mammary as she matures. Belle battled a nasty case of mastitis just after kidding as a two year old, which left her a little uneven, but even so, she was able to finish her championship at the first show out of the season. Despite this setback in her show career, Belle has proven herself to be a valuable brood doe producing some very correct daughters in our herd, including Passion, Isabella, and Chime. Belle was moved to a new home as part of our major herd reduction of 2022. She will be remembered in our herd through her daughters and grandsaughters.
